The Posh Organization is growing and we are so excited to find our newest team member. Candidates applying for the Virtual Administrative/Executive Assistant (AVA or EVA), position must be extremely motivated, very organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, a self-starter and poses a willing can-do attitude. Client care is of primary importance to our organization. Professionalism should be displayed at all times.

Virtual Assistants will report to and support the Founder/CEO/Primary Project Manager and The Posh Organization's Clients. The purpose of this position is to ensure that all Company responsibilities, tasks and client requests are managed, submitted, tracked and executed timely. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to Client communication, email management, social media management, schedule/calendar management, proposal development, low level accounting, content development, data entry, reception, transcribing, market research, report/proposal creation, travel and hotel arrangements, project management, graphic design (Canva).

It is of primary importance that candidates are detail oriented ensuring that all submissions are error free, time is tracked and communicated to requesting Client and management team. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years experience working remotely/virtual

  • Must be able to speak English, Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not a requirement

  • Must have full access to a personal PC or Mac and private and secure internet 

  • Experience with technology such as; Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks, Various CRM Software, Basecamp, as well as other On-trend Business Applications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Executive-level administrative experience highly preferred.

  • Excellent client service skills.

  • Well-developed problem analysis and decision-making skills.

  • Strong technical aptitude, with an understanding of Internet principles, terminology and functionality

  • Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have the ability to compose accurate, prompt and effective end products to Clients and contacts

  • Must develop a basic knowledge of company services and all products.

  • Must display sound decision making skills in discerning urgency of Client’s needs.

  • Must perform data input in an accurate, detailed and timely fashion for all client contacts according to parameter and guidelines defined

COMPENSATION

  • This is a part-time, contracted position and the pay depends on The Posh Organization's Clients, 

  • This position is offered at a rate of $15/hour.  The rate of pay is negotiable and based on the VA's level of experience and expertise.
