Hello! So glad you’ve made it this far. I’m Tyra J Brown, Chief Executive Administrator and Founder of The Posh Organization®.
I launched Posh in 2014 to support the needs of individuals who manage businesses, careers, and households. At the heart of The Posh Organization is a relentless drive for excellence. As a Type A personality, I thrive on structure, organization, and high performance. I bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach to every client, task, and project.
My natural inclination toward organization and efficiency allows me to both manage my organization and team while anticipating clients’ needs, streamlining operations, and delivering value.
I also serve my community as a teacher, nurturing students on the autism spectrum, and am a dedicated wife and mother to two awesome kids.
My background in Corporate America encompasses 22 years of experience supporting C-suite business executives in a range of roles and industries.

Step 1
Click the button to schedule a T-Time Discovery Consultation Call. Complete our client intake form, and fulfill the invoice in order to schedule your 30-minute call. Our consultations are not free. We are seeking CEOs who are serious about their business and ready to take action.
Note: The consultation fee is in place to act as a buffer to those who want to pick your brain for free. Essentially wasting time where we could be serving our current partners or speaking to serious inquires like you.
Step 2
During our consultation call we will discuss your business, gain clarity on your mission, audience, and goals, chat about the challenges that you are currently facing, provide details into our solution-driven services, and how you can retain them. After our consultation call, you will receive a thank you email. We respect your time and thank you for considering us. The email will include some of the important details of our discussion and how to move forward.
Step 3
You will receive a proposal for services within 24 to 48 business hours after our consult detailing the packaged service options available to you and based on your needs as discussed. Should you accept, (and we know you will!) you will be taken to our contract where you can electronically sign.
Step 4
Next comes the invoice! Fulfillment is due prior to services rendered. We only offer a subscription-based payment system for those seeking 30-day, 6-month or annual contracts.
Finally, you’ll receive your official welcome, on-boarding details, and digital package. Services begin. Value added. Zone of genius here you come!
